1. Agreement and business identity

By using this website, placing an order or authorizing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies referenced here. DashcamCraft is a trade name of Tend Industrial Supplies LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the affected product or service.

2. Website information

We try to keep product, service, pricing, availability and compatibility information accurate. Images may be illustrative and screens, packaging or product details may change. Website content is general information and is not a substitute for confirming compatibility for a specific vehicle and camera.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order because of availability, pricing error, suspected fraud, shipping limits, product restrictions or another reasonable business concern. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, optional services and other disclosed charges are added when required. Payment must be authorized before products are released or services are completed unless written business credit terms apply.

4. Quotes and installation scope

A quote is based on the information provided, including vehicle year, make, model, trim, camera model, channels, accessories, condition and service location. A quote may change if that information is incomplete or if concealed conditions, incompatible equipment, previous wiring or additional requested work is discovered.

Installation begins only after the customer authorizes the agreed scope. The customer represents that they own the vehicle or have permission to authorize the work. DashcamCraft may decline or stop work when equipment, vehicle condition, location or requested routing presents a safety or compatibility concern.

5. Customer supplied equipment

DashcamCraft may install compatible customer supplied equipment. The customer is responsible for providing complete and authentic products and accessories. We do not warrant customer supplied equipment and are not responsible for defects, missing parts, unsupported features, manufacturer service, subscription changes or incompatibility not reasonably discoverable before work begins.

6. Vehicle access and stored items

The customer must provide safe access to the vehicle and remove valuables or items that obstruct the work area. Some installations require temporary movement of trim, weather seals or access panels. We use reasonable care but are not responsible for a preexisting defect, weak or previously damaged trim, hidden modification or condition that was not caused by our work.

7. Products, shipping and pickup

Product fulfillment is governed by the Shipping and Pickup Policy. Products currently ship from 438R Main Street, Reisterstown, MD 21136 to addresses within the contiguous United States. Confirmed Reisterstown pickup may be available.

8. Returns, appointments and warranty

Eligible unused and uninstalled stocked products may be returned within 30 days under the Returns and Refunds Policy. Installation appointment changes require at least 24 hours notice under the Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Eligible installation labor is covered by the 12 month limited Workmanship Warranty Policy.

9. Dash camera operation and legal use

The customer is responsible for lawful camera placement, audio recording, privacy, disclosure, data retention and use of recordings. Laws and rules vary by location and use. DashcamCraft does not provide legal advice and installation does not guarantee that every recording or use is lawful, admissible or accepted by an insurer, employer or court.

10. Accounts and website conduct

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and notify us of unauthorized activity. Users may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a harmful manner, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.

11. Intellectual property

The DashcamCraft name, logo, original site content, graphics, guides and tools are owned by or licensed to Tend Industrial Supplies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Personal, noncommercial viewing is permitted. Other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use requires written permission. Third party marks belong to their respective owners.

12. Third party products and services

Manufacturer applications, firmware, maps, connectivity, cloud storage, subscriptions, payment services and external websites are controlled by third parties. DashcamCraft is not responsible for a third party change, outage, data practice or decision.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Except for an express written warranty, we disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may legally be disclaimed. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or warranty that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DashcamCraft and Tend Industrial Supplies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, lost recordings, unavailable cloud services, missed events, loss of data, business interruption or a third party product. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without applying conflict of law principles, except where the mandatory law of another jurisdiction applies. Any permitted court proceeding will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction serving Baltimore County, Maryland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes and severability

We may update these terms prospectively. The latest revision date appears at the top. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
